1. Definitions

  • "Services" refers to the mobile detailing services provided by Boston Detail Company.

  • "Client" refers to any individual or entity using the services of Boston Detail Company.

  • "Vehicle" refers to any car, truck, van, or other motor vehicle that receives detailing services from Boston Detail Company.

2. Services

Boston Detail Company offers professional mobile detailing services which include but are not limited to washing, waxing, polishing, interior cleaning, and other related services. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in the booking confirmation.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. Confirmation of the appointment will be sent via email or SMS.

  • Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No Shows: If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost may apply.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition and size of the vehicle.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

  • Late Payments: In the event of late payment, Boston Detail Company reserves the right to charge a late fee and/or interest on the outstanding amount.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access to Vehicle: Clients must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and ready for detailing at the scheduled time. This includes providing access to any keys or remotes necessary for vehicle access.

  • Personal Belongings: Clients should remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the detailing service. Boston Detail Company is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

6. Liability and Damage

  • Service Guarantee: Boston Detail Company aims to provide the highest quality detailing services. If a client is not satisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours to address any issues.

  • Damage: While we take the utmost care in handling your vehicle, Boston Detail Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or any damage resulting from the client’s failure to disclose such conditions.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boston Detail Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles, even if Boston Detail Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Disclaimers

  • Service Limitations: Certain conditions such as extreme weather, location constraints, or vehicle conditions may limit the services we can provide. Boston Detail Company reserves the right to refuse service in such cases.

  • No Warranty: Boston Detail Company provides services on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Privacy

Boston Detail Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking and service process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

Boston Detail Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
